You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to any files you process using the Service. We claim no ownership rights over your content. We do not access, view, or store your files at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FILEMINT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Service
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

• Any damages arising from bugs, viruses, or harmful components

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FileMint and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

10. Service Availability and Modifications
